Josie Natori’s collection for Spring 2013 was a true celebration of her heritage, “the colorful history and folklore of the Philippines of my youth“, “It’s a vibrant collection that reflects a vibrant culture”. Her chosen water-like prints and intricate white blouses this time around around are my absolute favorites . . . source

Architectural Beauty: Chenequa Residence, Wisconsin

This curvaceous Wisconsin home was custom built by architect Robert Harvey Oshatz. The inside features a gorgeous spiraling hem-lock roof that “sweeps over the entry and lifts the upper floor before disappearing from plain view”. The Chenequa Residence is almost completely constructed from natural materials that Mr Oshatz sourced himself and with it’s beautiful outdoor landscape, each area of this home celebrates the resounding beauty of nature. I’ve always been a huge fan of Neiman Marcus’ unique “The Art of Fashion” campaigns and this year they did not disappoint one bit. The Art of Fashion has been going strong for almost two decades now, featuring some of the best looks of the upcoming season. This year you can see some gorgeous work from Alexander McQueen, Jill Sander, Valentino, Burberry Prorsum, Celine, Gucci and many more. “Erik Madigan Heck’s work blurs the lines between photography and art, and through his illustrative approach he created stunning images that differentiate this campaign from any other.” . . .
