Kwon Kyung yup‘s beautiful and dramatic paintings are created in such a unique way. She starts with a photograph and slowly paints a new picture, changing the emotion and feel of the original photo. Her oil paintings are some of the most gorgeous things I’ve ever discovered, and her website has so many more equally lovely images.

{lovely weekend} sofia ajram photography

I’m thinking that photographer Sofia Ajram is going to be one of my new favorites… the bottom photo makes me think of long nights of sky-gazing and campfires. I just love the celestial bits she incorporates into her photos; such a unique style.

I couldn’t find out who was the photographer was but nonetheless it’s still so very lovely. Makes me wish for late-spring so I can take a much needed afternoon trip to our local white beaches…

sarah hankinson illustrations

I love these beautiful drawings by Sarah Hankinson. The broken lines look really gorgeous paired with those lovely soft colors, and I wouldn’t mind owning a few prints from her (or maybe, even more than a ‘few’)! She has a lot more images at her portfolio website.

dream sequence… photographer oleg oprisco

I couldnt find much on Ukrainian photographer Oleg Oprisco but from what he has on his website I can tell he is very talented! His photos have a personal feel and are also very haunting, like you are getting a small glimpse into someones life.
