I recently discovered this beautiful staircase located in the Paris Museum “Musée Gustave Moreau”, dedicated to the famous painter Docteur Moreau. The extravagantly designed building is filled to the brim with hundreds upon hundreds of his paintings and even with those on display, there are still a couple thousand of them resting in storage . . . via

    Woah… looks like it’s melting or the ceiling is shedding it… So gorgeous. Imagine having that in your home? How stunning. I love when the architecture of a museum is playful and a reflection upon the art within it (i.e. the Guggenheim!).
