architectural beauty: the igloo village, finland

Posted on August 31st, 2011

Located in the Arctic Circle, Hotel Kakslauttanen is amidst tranquil Lapland scenery and only a short distance from the unique Urho Kekkonen National Park. This snow resort has around 20 Igloos that can be booked starting Winter and even when its -30c outside, the inside stays at a comfortable level without causing the glass to fog up, giving you a spectacular crystal clear view of your surroundings.
