architectural beauty: corinthian club, glasgow
Posted on March 22nd, 2011

The Glasgow Ship Bank one of the city’s most beautiful buildings in 1842, recently it went through a long restoration in 1999 and was reinvented as “The Corinthian Club”, a beautiful venue full of glass balconies, opulent sceneries and the sort of decadent glamour that will leave you utterly breathless. This place is huge as well — with a full casino, restaurant and gaming room. If I visit Scotland in the future, this will be THE place I will have to visit before I leave, the interior is just amazing. (more)

Amazing!!!
I love the clearness and transparency, the mix of modern and classic of this space. Although I would be terrified to sit at / under the tables that are like balconies!
