architectural beauty: the shell house
… The Japanese Architects ARTechnic have recently built this ultra sleek and quite modern villa in Karuizawa, Japan. I think the design is really beautiful, the curves and shapes have such a unique and organic feel and I like that they designed the home around a single tree. {source}
this is truly amazing! and that part swirling around the tree… breathtaking… i am now convinced that i need THAT to be part of my future dream home :)

That is one sexy house. The shapes goes so well with the surroundings, and it is very playful. I would not mind living there.
