I’ve always found homes built on mini-island to be quite charming and I so jealous when people can get such great locations for their homes; having the sea breeze and good unobstructed lighting, which is practically unheard of in the city. The owner of this home built it almost 50 years ago after seeing numerous signs on the rock that stated “For Sale – See any Broker” and paid only $3,600. The home they ended up building is now around 10,000 square feet and is completely self sufficient. The owner Henry Wood has a wonderful sense of humor…
