Camilla Akrans‘ always floral photography has made her a real favorite of mine for many years, and with Mariacarla thrown in you can see why I would love this editorial so much.

  1. Incredible. The lighting and mood is so glamorous, as is that dress. The angles are lovely…

I hope you are having a great start to the week, Amanda*

  2. Vanessa says:

Gorgeous clothing! I’m not normally a fan of Mariacarla, but I really like this shoot.

This is slightly off topic, but I just stumbled upon your site, and honestly it’s the loveliest thing ever! I hardly ever read blogs because they all seem to be exactly the same and terribly predicable, but yours is so fresh and different. I’ve been browsing though it for the last couple hours, and I most likely won’t be stopping anytime soon. Seriously, this is completely fantastic!

  4. Amanda says:

Thank you so much Eliza! It makes me happy to hear this.. :) :)

  5. gorgeous. love love love.

I think the florals are wasted on me. I don’t feel anything for them. But the colour and the softness of the picture, I like. It’s a little reminiscent of “Virgin Suicides”. All soft and dreamy and pretty. Something about the model reminds me of Drusilla (played by Janet Landau) in the Buffy series. Not sure what.
    Again, thanks for posting (:
